Sound Trails Initiative
“SOUND TRAILS” PROGRAM FOR 2019
Quiet Warrior Racing has developed its “Sound Trails Initiative” for 2019. The program will focus on new federal land travel management planning efforts to designate additional motorized roads, trails, and areas. In addition, STI will have a trail-ethic education element and will continue efforts to streamline the recreation event permit process.
Many popular and historic travel routes were closed by recent federal agency planning efforts, which impacts everybody who depends on roads and trails to access public lands. QWR will represent supporters, sponsors, and partners by facilitating and attending stakeholder groups, doing site reviews, and robust participation in the administrative process.
