Don Amador — Principal Consultant
Don Amador has over 30 years of experience as an advocate, negotiator, leader, and spokesman for the motorized recreation community. He has served in environmental stewardship roles, working to ensure that unbiased data is collected and analyzed for important land-use decisions.
Don is gifted at balancing the differing views of many competing interests for land use and takes on strong leadership roles in environmental stewardship. He works both in formal settings and behind the scenes to promote productive discussion and resolution of issues.
He is adept at convening disparate interests to seek solutions — working with recreation organizations, government agencies, and the public to find common ground on trail access and land management.

The Post Wildfire Recovery Strike Team is a QWR initiative focused on helping motorized recreation communities recover access to trails and riding areas impacted by wildfire.
Working with land managers, recreation organizations, and volunteers, the Strike Team coordinates assessment, cleanup, and restoration efforts to reopen trails safely and responsibly after fire events.
